If you ever want to flip like a maniac on a snowboard or a pair of skis, I suggest you get on a trampoline as soon as possible. Trampolines are one of the best ways to gain air control, and a perfect way to attempt that double you have been dreaming about. This weeks video is proof of how far jumping on a trampoline can get you. Grab your friends, check out this weeks Approved Video, and then get to jumping.

It is what happens when you push the limits. When you push your body to places they have not been in awhile. It is what happens when you want to try something new and are not sure what is going to happen, but you try it anyway. In situations like this you always have to give it up to the person who takes it to the next level. Watch as Denise gets bucked into a face plant.
This is a short clip of our friend Denise on the trampoline inside the Misfit Lab. Denise has a few years of jumping under her belt and knows her way through the air pretty well. She asked me to send the clip of her crash to her so I figured I would put it into a short little video so she could really watch what she was doing. Enjoy!
Trampolines are so good for training. I am super glad Denise was only shaken up a bit and I am sure she will be back. She knows how to push limits and I hope this video doesn’t scare you off. If it does, this stuff probably isn’t for you anyway.

We are going to test something out here. We want to do some snowboard training and see how it helps us when the snow flies next year. We also want you to join in on the fun, so we hooked up with the Misfit Lab and came up with Misfit Sundays or whatever you want to call it.
Example of Sunday
Last Sunday David Z. and I stopped in at the Misfit Lab for a three hour snowboard, trampoline, and foam pit training session. We had access to the skate park, the snowboard jib section, the launch ramp into the foam pit, and the trampoline which also allows you to jump into the foam. It’s the perfect way to train and learn how to become a better rider.
We were so intrigued to gain more air awareness that we didn’t get a chance to hit up the jib section or the skate park, but we did find ourselves crawling our way through the foam many different times. Not only was it a blast, we had one of the best workouts you could get on a Sunday.
So here is the deal… Misfit hooked us up with a deal that we get to share with our group. If you want to play, we are going to pick Sundays in the months to come where we will meet up and train. We will train each other, push each other, and we will have a ton of fun. We want to make this a group activity where people are dedicated and want to become a better rider. This will be a good time and a time where you challenge yourself and others.
People who think you are “to old” this is the group for you. Women, you are welcome to come out and test your skillz. As of now there are not rules, just some times for you to show up.
